Development Manager
and construction (m/f/d)
We are an emerging company that develops, produces and distributes high-quality filter systems for the pharmaceutical industry. In this exciting time of digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced Head of Development and Design (m/f/d) who is also open to new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet Of Things, or Digital Twin, to grow our business.
Main tasks
As head in development and construction (m/f/d)
- Management and development of the technical team, including design, documentation and product development.
- Responsibility for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve technology capabilities and drive innovation
- Coordinate the design and development of new product lines and enhancements to existing products
- Realization of own development projects at the forefront of emerging new or newly applicable technologies
Qualification
What you should bring with you
- A completed technical degree or comparable qualification
- At least five years of experience in a management position in the field of development/design
- Alternatively, several years of experience in the ‘second tier’ of such a position
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of product development and project management
