We are looking for a dedicated and competent Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.

• Lead, coordinate and control all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closeout of projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans that identify resources, schedules, and risks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with client requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders
• Identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or mechanical engineering technician.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in a technical environment
• Experience in dealing with customers and resolving conflict situations
• Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization of tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
