The Project Manager role in our company is vital to ensure that our projects stay on schedule, budgets are met and the quality of our products meets the highest standards.
You will play a key role in planning, monitoring and controlling our projects and ensuring that all team members are coordinated and working together effectively.

Main tasks
As project manager (m/f/d)
- Lead, coordinate and control all phases of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closeout of projects.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans that identify resources, schedules, and risks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with client requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders
- Identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks.
Qualification
What you should bring with you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or mechanical engineering technician.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or in a technical environment
- Experience in dealing with customers and resolving conflict situations
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization of tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
