Dust prevention outside the liner

Avoid dust emissions when filling powders and granulates, for example. The reduction of ambient dust improves production efficiency and safety when manually refilling powders and dusts. The HETring enables safe dust collection during filling processes.

Function: The shape of the hopper, the arrangement of the extraction openings and the internal ducting create a uniform air curtain above the hopper. This prevents the dust flowing back out of the container from spreading outside the air curtain.

Any dust that has been extracted is deposited in the extraction ring, as the extraction openings are located at the highest point of the extraction channels. If this is removed from the container, the dust remains in the suction ring. With the standard model, the extraction ring is attached to a container directly or via an adapter. Optionally, a stainless steel adapter can be adapted to the respective size of the container. To dock/undock the suction ring, the suction hose can be plugged onto the connection piece without additional mechanical clamping.
