Our filter systems are not only electrically dissipative to prevent static charges, but are also designed so that they do not generate their own ignition sources. The constructive explosion protection of our systems is based on an explosion pressure shock-resistant design. This means that in the event of an explosion, the pressure within the system is controlled, with the filter cells acting as an effective flame arrester. <\/p>\n

HET Filter’s innovative approach to explosion protection makes it possible to handle dusts with a specific maximum explosion pressure (pmax) of 10 bar. Even if a pressure surge occurs, the system is designed in such a way that the pressure is reduced internally to such an extent that it can withstand it. This internal pressure relief ensures that the filter system remains intact even in the event of an explosion and that the collected dust remains safely in the filter. <\/p>\n
